Are you between the ages of 16 and 25? Have you always wanted to try roller skating? Try roller derby and quad-skates for free at Kallio Rolling Rainbow’s open skate event!
We can lend you the necessary gear, including skates.
Are you nervous about skating? Worry not! We’ll be there to help you get started.
We recommend you wear sportswear or otherwise comfortable clothing.
The age limit for the event is 16 years.
Please notice that the event is part of the Youth Pride House, that is organized for visitors aged 13 to 25. Visitors over 18yrs of age can also check out our Roller Disco event on Wednesday 24.6. in Ravintola Oiva.

Celebrate Pride on skates with Kallio Rolling Rainbow at Ravintola Oiva’s dance floor!
We will provide you with skates, safety gear and help to stay upright & rolling (for free)!
Please be patient if you have to wait for a while for your turn and bring your own socks.
The event is open for everybody and is a safer space. Keep an open mind, respect diversity and make no assumptions. If you see or experience discrimination please tell Oiva or disco staff.
Ravintola Oiva has one small step at the door and there’s a portable ramp. No wheelchair accessible toilets. The staff will help if needed.
